Indefinite detention of people with cognitive and psychiatric impairment in Australia

Australian Government report into the aspects of indefinite detention of people with a cognitive and/or psychiatric impairment, including: the prevalence, the experiences of individuals, the legal frameworks, the quality of therapeutic treatments, diversion programs to reduce the number of people entering detention and programs and pathways to assist people to transition from indefinite detention.
